What is high oleic sunflower oil? It is a vegetable oil with a higher amount of oleic acid (monounsaturated fatty acid typical of vegetable oils such as olive oil, safflower oil, avocado, etc., which has a beneficial effect on the blood vessels, reducing the risk of suffering from cardiovascular diseases).
High adherence, ideal for better separating any dough from any type of surface, such as pans, trays and moulds. Suitable for baked goods, both in confectionery and bakery.
Easy to use, it does not give off odours or flavour to your utensils.
Precautions for use:
Container capacity: 340 - 440 uses.
Comparison with the use of non-aerosol oil: To make a standard ironing cord about 10-15 g of oil is needed, with this product only 1 g is needed.
A pot of 440 uses can therefore replace about 5 litres of oil (in irons, moulds,...).
