Caselle vegetable mix mix blends perfectly with dairy cream, resulting in a product that is more stable than fresh cream, while retaining an authentic flavour.
Highly stable, it does not sink once whipped and multiplies up to 3.5 times its original volume, making it ideal as a pastry topping.
Once whipped, if covered and stored in the refrigerator, it will keep in perfect condition for up to 24 - 48 hours after whipping. Also suitable for freezing and thawing.
Method of use:
- Before whipping, refrigerate in the fridge for 24 h at 2 - 5 ºC.
- For best whipping results, it is important that the temperature of the product does not exceed 5 - 6 ºC.
- Pour the cream into a clean, cold container and fill it to a quarter of its capacity.
- Whip at medium speed, avoiding splashing, gradually increasing the speed until the desired volume is reached. It is recommended not to beat too much as the product could crack in the cakes.
- Store the whipped cream covered in the refrigerator.

Storage:
