Ideal for making delicious fillings, mixing it with cocoa, custard, flavourings, colourings, chocolate, coffee, pastries, liqueurs, fruit juices,... Even with water or cold milk, or directly as it comes in the packaging.
Method of use:
Whip in a few minutes and, once whipped, increase by three times its volume.
It should be left to cool in the fridge for a minimum of 12 hours, to reach 9 / 12 ºC before whipping, thus achieving greater stability. Beat at medium speed in a cold, dry bowl until the desired point is reached.
The whipped cream that is not going to be used should be kept in the refrigerator and can be whipped again later without altering the preparation.
