Ideal to obtain delicious fillings, mix with cocoa, pastry cream, aromas, colourings, chocolate, coffee, pasta, liquors, fruit juices,... Even with water or cold milk, or directly as it comes in the package.
It can also be mixed with ordinary whipping cream to obtain our homemade whipping cream with greater stability.
Method of use:
The cream is whipped in a few minutes and, once whipped, it increases its volume by three.
It should be left to cool in the fridge for at least 12 hours, to reach 9/12 ºC before whipping, to achieve greater stability. Beat at medium speed in a cold, dry container until it reaches the desired point.
The whipped cream that is not going to be used must be kept in the fridge, and can be reassembled later without altering the preparation.
