Preparation method:
Sieve 450 g of the preparation. Then mix with 55 ml of water to achieve a solid royal icing consistency. Mix the mixture and water for approx. 7-10 minutes at low speed, until the icing is white, not shiny and of the desired consistency.
Be cAreful if you use a hand mixer, as it may jam.
For every 200 g of royal icing created, add 1 teaspoon of water for a medium consistency; add 2 teaspoons of water for a thin consistency.
Composition:
Sugar, glucose syrup (dehydrated), egg white (dehydrated), acidifier E-330.
Allergens:
Contains gluten, milk, soya and lupins.
Halal certified.
Conservation:
Store in a cool, dry place.
