Method of preparation:
Make sure all the ingredients are at room temperature.
Heat the oven to 160°C (convection oven, 140°C). Mix 400 g of the product with 200 g of butter, 3.5 eggs (175 g) and 35 ml of water. Beat for 4 minutes at low speed until you get a smooth dough.
Grease a 24 cm cake mould or a 20 cm round baking tray. Pour the dough into the mould and bake the cake in the preheated oven for approx. 70 minutes.
To make cupcakes: place paper moulds (approx. 20 pieces) in a muffin mould, fill the moulds halfway and bake at 180°C (convection oven, 160°C) for approx. 18 minutes.
Crumble a biscuit filled with caramel and add it during the mixing.
