Preparation method:
Prepare all the ingredients at room temperature.
Preheat the oven to 175 ºC (convection oven to 160ºC). Mix the product with the eggs and water in a bowl. Beat the dough at maximum speed for 7-8 minutes.
Then beat for 2-3 minutes at low speed. Pour the preparation into a greased baking tin (up to half or two thirds) and bake the cake in the oven.
Do not open the oven until the baking is finished! The cake is ready when it feels elastic when you press it slightly. Unmold the cake as soon as it is done and leave it to cool on a rack.
