Delicious pastry cream, bakery quality. Suitable for filling e.g. cakes, pies or swiss. The cream is also suitable for baking, either as a filling or as a topping.
Method of preparation:
Add 500 ml of water per 200 g of product. Whip the cream for approx. 5 minutes until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Let the cream stand before using.
