Preparation method:
Prepare all the ingredients at room temperature.
Preheat the oven to 175ºC (convection oven to 160ºC). Mix the product with the eggs and water in a bowl. Beat the dough at maximum speed for 7-8 minutes.
Then beat for 2-3 minutes at low speed. Pour the preparation into a greased baking tin (up to half or two thirds) and bake the cake in the oven.
Do not open the oven until the baking is finished! The cake is ready when it feels elastic when you press it slightly. Unmold the cake as soon as it is done and leave it to cool on a rack.
To make a delicious chocolate cake use 40g of cocoa, 20g of icing sugar and half an egg. If you add some melted or grated chocolate its flavour will be even more delicious.
The 1 kg package is sufficient to make 3 cakes of approx. 26-28 cm or for 4 cakes of 22-24 cm round.
