Easily prepare a snow-white, light and fluffy cream for filling and covering cakes or for topping cupcakes.
Thanks to its extremely white colour, it can be coloured very well with food colouring. It has a very pleasant vanilla flavour, but other flavours can also be added.
Preparation for 1 portion of Crema Encantada:
- Mix 150 g of the preparation, 100 ml of milk and 100 ml of water for 3 minutes at high speed. The cream can be used immediately, as a filling or for decoration.
- The cream can be stored in the refrigerator for several days, stir before reuse. If you prefer, you can also prepare it with just milk (200 ml) or just water (200 ml).
1 portion of Crema Encantada is enough to fill 2 layers and cover 1 cake (Ø 25 cm) or to decorate approx. 24-30 cupcakes.
