Delicious pastry cream, pastry quality. Suitable for filling, for example, cakes, pies or Swiss. The cream is also suitable for baking, either as a filling or as a topping.
Method of preparation:
Add 500 ml of water for every 200 g of product. Beat the cream for about 5 minutes until it is smooth. Leave the cream to stand before using it.
