FunCakes paste colouring concentrate is ideal for colouring fondant, icing, marzipan, creams, buttercreams, shakes, gum paste, modelling pastes,... and much more!
Thanks to its high concentration, a small quantity is sufficient to create vibrant colours, so the colouring will last for a long time. The colourant is stable also in doughs that are baked up to 200 °C.
Method of use:
- Use a toothpick to pick up some of the paste colouring from the little jar. Use a clean toothpick every time you want to add more colouring to the marzipan or fondant.
- For a deeper colour, simply add more colouring paste.
- Make sure the colouring paste stays in the middle of the dough to avoid getting your hands too dirty.
- Knead well to mix the colour well and leave a uniform colour, if you like you can knead less for a marbled effect.
Easily removed from hands by washing with soap and water.
Max. recommended dosage: 5 g per 1 kg of dough.
Composition:
Glucose syrup, water, sugar, colour (E-102, E-110, E-122, E-133, E-151), gelling agent (E-406), acid (E-330), preservative (E-202).
Colouring agents E-102, E-110 and E-122 may have a negative effect on the activity and attention of children.
Allergens:
E-171 free. May contain traces of milk, soya and sulphites.
