FunCakes' Piping Gel is a transparent gel that can be used to create beautiful effects on cakes (e.g. water drops or fog effects). Or you can lubricate the tops of the cupcakes with the gel before covering them with marzipan or fondant.
In addition, FunCakes Piping Gel is ideal for sticking an image (wafer) onto a cake. Because the gel is transparent, it will not be seen.
Do you like working with dummys? Then the piping gel is perfect for you. Lubricate the dummie with the gel and then cover it, for example, with fondant. The fondant will stick perfectly to the dummy.
You can also colour the gel with food dyes.
Composition:
Glucose syrup, water, sucrose, gelling agent E-406, acid E-330, preservative E-202.
Allergens:
May contain traces of soya, milk, sulphur dioxide and sulphites (E-220, E-228)
