To cover a cake and fill (2 layers) of 20 cm of cake or to cover and fill (1 layer) of 2 cm of cake. Enough for 20 - 25 swirls in a cupcake.
For chocolate filling: mix the product with a mixer to obtain the light and airy ganache.
For coating and sleeving: heat the product in the microwave for 1 minute at 340W or heat in a bain-marie to obtain the right consistency.
For a butter or chocolate cream filling: mix 150g softened butter with the product for 5 minutes at high speed.
