General Contract Conditions

ACCESS AND PURCHASE CONDITIONS:

Our services are exclusive for professionals in the sector, companies and self-employed people. Therefore, registration on our website as a new user is required, verifying employment registration in the sector, to have access to our product catalog and their prices.

 

The registration process is as follows:

1. Fill out the registration form with the requested information.
2. Once the registration application is received, the data is verified in the official State database. If no information appears (sometimes this happens), we will contact the user requesting a copy of a valid 036 or 037 in order to verify their employment registration.
3. When we have all the necessary data, we will contact the user to inform them about the activation of their account.
4. After activating the new client file, the user can access their web area with the access codes chosen by them during registration.

 

PAYMENT CONDITIONS:

Accepted payment methods are card payment or bank transfer.

• CASH: replacement within 15 days 2% discount.
• POSTPONED: maximum transfer 60 days from the invoice date. At least two days of fixed expiration will be accepted. Any other type of postponement will imply a reduction in the discount in the rate for financing expenses.

Failure to pay, when due, any bill or receipt will lead to the immediate suspension of supply and service.

 

 

SHIPPING:

Our system offers the client different logistics options to choose from according to their preferences:

• External transport agency with commercial agreement with THE COMPANY. In this case, the client must pay the amount calculated by the system, according to the prices set by the transport agency itself, depending on the weight, volume and destination of the shipment.
• The customer sends their own transportation agency, or another one they work with, to pick up the order at THE COMPANY's facilities. In this case, THE COMPANY is responsible for leaving the order prepared waiting to receive it from the corresponding transport agency.
• The customer can pick up the order by their own means at THE COMPANY facilities.

 

SHIPPING:

• Any order greater than 450 euros net will be sent postage paid to any national destination, within the peninsula, and also to the Balearic Islands.
• Any order greater than 450 euros net will be sent postage paid to Portugal (with the exception of the islands).
• Any order greater than 850 euros net will be sent postage paid to the Canary Islands.
• For international markets, shipping to be agreed.
• The shipping of orders requested by urgent transport, or by another agency other than the one that THE COMPANY has contracted, will be the responsibility of the consignee.

 

ORDER DELIVERY:

Each failed delivery attempt of packages, for reasons beyond the control of the company and the transport agency (for example, due to the absence of the recipient) has an associated added cost, which will be paid by the customer in question.

 

 

 

EXPEDITIONS:

The merchandise always travels, at the buyer's expense and risk, even in the case of special agreements.

 

 

PACKAGING:

Every package is sent with the necessary packaging to protect the set of products inside, with filler paper, bubble wrap or similar. The products will be free of added packaging whenever possible, otherwise, the corresponding amount for packaging and handling will be charged.

 

 

RETURN POLICY:

No return will be accepted, after 15 days from its issuance, that has not been previously consulted and authorized by the sales department of THE COMPANY. In any case, they will only be accepted if they are sent SHIPPING PAID.

 

The product sent must be correctly protected, just as the customer receives it when it is sent by THE COMPANY: in its original packaging, perfectly preserved. THE COMPANY is not responsible for returns in which the product, it or its packaging, is damaged due to not having proper protection for transport.

Under no circumstances will returns be accepted for products with evidence of having been used, such as food remains, breaks or stains, among others.

 

CLAIMS:

Material claims will not be accepted after 5 days of receipt of the merchandise by the buyer. Under no circumstances are we responsible for returns of material that does not appear in the catalogue, regardless of its condition.

 

 

LEGAL GUARANTEES / RESPONSIBILITY:

It is purely and simply limited to the replacement of parts recognized as materially defective by technical personnel of THE COMPANY, without any compensation.

All items manufactured by us are covered by civil liability insurance.

 

 

OWNERSHIP OF THE GOODS:

THE COMPANY reserves the right of ownership of the merchandise supplied until the buyer has fully paid the amount thereof, in which case it will be considered a deposit and custody.

 

The merchandise may be withdrawn for non-payment within the previously stipulated period.
 

JURISDICTION:

The fact of acceptance of our general conditions of sale implies, in the event of litigation, submission to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of X, waiving its own jurisdiction.

 

 

RATE-CATALOG:

This catalog rate cancels the previous ones. THE COMPANY reserves the right to modify the rate as many times as necessary, without obligation to notify its clients in advance.

THE COMPANY reserves the right to modify totally or partially any article that appears in this rate, without prior notice.
