It is highly concentrated, maintaining a rich and potent flavour even under extreme temperature conditions, making it perfect for baked recipes such as biscuits, cookies, cakes, icings,... Water-based emulsion, so it does not fade in flavour, remaining flavourful and intense.
It is soluble in water, ideal for mixing in beverages, dairy products, among other preparations.
It is not recommended for use in oil-based products as it can cause chocolates to seize or thicken.
Method of use:
For each 20 - 22.5 cm cake, or 12 cupcakes, mix one teaspoon of LorAnn emulsion to the prepared batter and mix well. - NO ADDITIONAL COLOURING REQUIRED
