This flavouring is water soluble, but has proven effective for flavouring chocolates and confectionery toppings. If too much flavouring is used, it can cause thickening, in this case, it is recommended to add liquefied coconut oil or cocoa butter to help dilute/soften.
Perfect for baked goods, candies and sweets, ganache, sugar pastes, drinks, icings and fillings. It is also ideal for use in aromatherapy, and in making candles, soaps and personal care products, and air fresheners.
This flavour is suitable for use in chocolate mixes such as ganache, fudges, fondants and icings (typical use is ¼ - ½ teaspoon per 450 g of chocolate or couverture, approx.).
