This feature makes it especially suitable for home baking businesses looking to meet retail standards without the need for products that need to be stored cold.
Oil soluble, suitable for flavouring fine chocolates and confectionery toppings, making your creations even more irresistible. This flavouring is suitable for use in chocolate mixes such as ganache, fudges, fondants and icings (typical usage is ¼ - ½ teaspoon per 450 g of chocolate or couverture, approx.).
Composition:
Natural and artificial flavours, water, propylene glycol, alcohol, gum, sodium benzoate and citric acid.
