Vanillin is the active principle of vanilla, which together with 200 other aromatic molecules, provides the characteristic flavour of vanilla.
It is one of the most widely used aromas in the world, since, although it is a synthetic aroma, it is an aroma identical to the natural molecule present in vanilla, providing an equal aroma in the preparations to that of natural vanilla, but more affordable.
It is used in all types of preparations, sponge cakes, cookies, ice cream, milkshakes, soft drinks, creams, sauces, mixtures such as vanilla sugar, etc.
Recommended dosage:
Dose between 0.5 - 1 g per 1 kg of dough or preparation.
