SET MAKE YOUR OWN THREE KING'S CAKE
Includes 2 boxes of 31 cm, Roscón preparation, pearl sugar, candied fruit, orange blossom water and decorative set (golden crown, porcelain king figure, fava bean and card).
The candied fruit pack includes 5 varieties: green pumpkin, red pumpkin, green cherry, red cherry and orange slices.
Method of preparation:
- Pour the kg of preparation into the mixer and add 300 ml of water, 100 g of eggs (M) and 20 ml of orange blossom water and mix for 5 min. on medium speed. Then add 60 g of fresh yeast and mix for another 10 min. at medium speed. Leave the dough to rest for 15 minutes at room temperature.
- Remove the dough from the bowl and knead to shape it into a Roscón. It is in this step that we must introduce the details (decorative figures and bean) inside. Place the dough on a previously greased mould, or directly on silicone baking paper, and leave it to ferment for 30 - 45 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 180 ºC (for conventional ovens 200 ºC). Brush the surface of the dough with beaten egg and decorate to taste with the candied fruit and pearl sugar, and bake for 25 - 30 min. Prick the Roscón to make sure it is well baked before removing it from the oven.
For a perfect finish, it is recommended to paint the sponge cake with edible gloss while it is still warm.
Recommended dosage of the preparation:
1 kg of preparation gives 2 roscones of 500 g each (approx. 34 x 24 cm).
Recommended dose of orange blossom water:
Add 2 - 3 g of flavouring per 1 kg of dough or preparation to be flavoured.

PREPARATION FOR ROSCÓN DE REYES 1 KG:
Ingredients: Wheat flour, sugar, palm vegetable fat, milk powder, salt, wheat gluten, emulsifiers (E-472e and E-481), food colouring (E-281), flour treatment agent (E-300) and baking enzymes.
Allergens: This product contains cereals, gluten and milk. May contain traces of egg, peanuts, soya, nuts, sesame seeds and products thereof.
Storage: Store in a clean, cool and dry place. Keep away from heat sources and other products that give off odour. Once opened, keep in the original container tightly closed after each use.
CANDIED FRUIT 250 G:
Ingredients: Pumpkin, cherry, orange, sugar, glucose and fructose syrup. Acidity regulator (E-330), preservatives (E-202 and sodium metabisulphite) and colourings (E-120, E-127, E-161b and E-131).
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place.
PEARL SUGAR 200 G:
Composition: sugar.
Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place.
ORANGE BLOSSOM WATER 100 ML:
Ingredients: Water, ethyl alcohol, flavouring substances and preparations.
Allergens: Free from sugar, artificial sweeteners and preservatives.
Gluten free. Allergen free.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Do not eat directly.
