Method of use: place the preparation on a rotating base, keeping the scraper close to the edge and rotating the base.

The material used is a roll of 30 mm x 0.4 mm strip in AISI 304 quality, with quality certificate CC13-00574, deposited on a decoiler reel, whose parts in contact with the strip are made of stainless steel, to avoid any contamination of carbon particles or any other mineral.
A flange is made in a laminating machine, to avoid damage to the hands when handling it. The cut strips of strip are then shaped by pressure forming. In both processes, all contact elements are made of stainless steel, bronze and polypropylene.
All the parts are joined at their ends by spot welding, in which a part of the parts to be welded is heated by electric current to near-melting temperatures and pressure is exerted between them. The welds or welding points are protected with inert gas to prevent the stainless steel components, which are sensitive to high temperatures, from deteriorating.
All the products, in their final phase of manufacture, are polished according to the need of their shape, either with abrasives or by ultrasound.
