Sugarflair chocolate colours are made from coloured cocoa butter and are specifically designed to add vibrancy to your chocolate.
Ideal for creating your own transfer sheets or for adding colour to your chocolate work. They work especially well with white chocolate, producing a vibrant and eye-catching burst of colour.
They are versatile and easy to use. Simply heat them gently in the microwave to melt and then, brush them onto a chocolate mould or acetate sheet to create beautiful designs.
Method of use:
Remove the lid and place the pot in the microwave on full power (800w) for 10 seconds, at 10 second intervals until the contents start to melt. Stir well and repeat until completely melted.
As an alternative method, we can melt the dye by placing the pot in lukewarm water.
Please note that white, circular marks may appear in the dye. We can assure you that these marks are not mould and are a natural separation process known as "cocoa butter bloom". It occurs when the dye is cooled or tempered, causing irregular crystals to form. If the chocolate colouring is re-melted, the marks will disappear.
Mould growth requires water, and these products are anhydrous (water-free).
