Sugarflair chocolate colours are made from coloured cocoa butter and are specifically designed to add vitality to your chocolate.
Ideal for creating your own transfer sheets or adding colour to your chocolate work. They work particularly well with white chocolate, producing a vibrant and striking explosion of colour.
They are versatile and easy to use. Simply heat them gently in the microwave to melt and then brush them onto a chocolate mould or acetate sheet to create beautiful designs.
Method of use:
Remove the lid and place the jar in the microwave on full power (800w) for 10 seconds, at 10 second intervals until the contents begin to melt. Stir well and repeat until completely melted.
As an alternative method, you can melt the dye by placing the bottle in warm water.
Please note that white and circular marks may appear on the dye. We can assure you that these marks are not mould and are a natural separation process known as "cocoa butter bloom". It occurs when the dye cools or hardens, causing irregular crystals to form. If the dye in the chocolate is melted again, the marks will disappear. The appearance of mould requires water, and these products are anhydrous (water-free).
