Revolutionary range of Colour Flex colourants, provides unrivalled consistency and intensity when colouring buttercreams and other creations with a high fat content, as it takes advantage of the fats and oils found in them to facilitate the dispersion of the colourant, resulting in intense and vibrant tones.
It is especially effective in mixtures with a high fat content, such as: chocolates, ganaches, Swiss meringue, icings, creams, cake and biscuit mixes and doughs,... but it also offers fantastic results in sugar pastes, marzipan, isomalt, lace,... and much more!
Max. recommended dosage: 4 g per 1 kg of dough.
How to use:
Shake well before use (make sure the contents are well mixed) and gradually add small doses of the colouring to achieve different shades - don't forget that the colour intensifies over time!
