Method of use:
- Heat the contents of the container over low heat for a few minutes without boiling in a saucepan, or heat in the microwave at maximum power until completely dissolved.
- It can be flavoured with an alcoholic beverage if desired, maintaining the same yield and characteristics.
- Pour into a mould of your choice in portions.
- Leave to cool in the refrigerator (between + 4 and + 6 ºC) for 1 - 2 hours before serving.
- Unmould and decorate to taste.
What does UHT mean?
UHT milk is milk that has undergone an ultra-high temperature (UHT) process. Sterilisation is achieved by heating the milk rapidly to a minimum temperature of 135 °C, holding it at that level for a few seconds and then cooling it rapidly to room temperature.
Composition:
Rehydrated skimmed milk, mascarpone 20 % (cream, acidity regulator (E-330)), palm oil, sugar, egg yolk, modified starch, gelatine, emulsifiers (E-472b, E-471), stabiliser (E-407), flavourings, colouring (E-160a).
Allergens:
Contains milk, cream and egg. Gluten free.
Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place, between 2 and 20 ºC, avoiding temperature variations. Once opened, keep the container tightly closed in the refrigerator and consume within 3 - 4 days.
