We can combine it with jams and fruit creams. In addition, it can be mixed with common whipping cream to obtain our homemade whipping cream with greater stability.
Its creamy and uniform texture allows a perfect smoothing and stability. It maintains its stability even at extreme temperatures.

Method of use:
The cream is whipped in a few minutes and, once whipped, it increases its volume by three.
It should be left to cool in the fridge for at least 12 hours, to reach 9/12 ºC before whipping, to achieve greater stability. Beat at medium speed in a cold, dry container until it reaches the desired point.
The whipped cream that is not going to be used must be kept in the fridge, and can be reassembled later without altering the preparation.
