How to use:
Use a toothpick to pick up a little colouring from the jar. Use a clean toothpick each time you add more colouring and wipe it on the marzipan or fondant.
To get a more intense colour, simply add more colouring. Knead well to obtain an even colour, knead less for a marbled effect.
Make sure that the colouring remains in the centre of the dough to avoid staining your hands with colouring. Wash your hands with warm water and soap to remove the colouring residue from them.
Suitable for water-based foods. Not suitable for chocolate colouring.
Maximum recommended dosage: 1.44 g / 100 g.
Can be mixed with other Wilton colourings to achieve different shades.

Glucose syrup, sugar, humectant E-422, water, colouring agent E-133, starch, acidity regulators (E-330, E-331), thickener E-406, preservative E-202.

May contain traces of milk, soya, wheat, peanuts, nuts, fish, crustaceans, celery, mustard, semolina and molluscs.
Storage:
Store in a closed container in a cool, dry place.
