How to use:

Sprinkle the mat with a small amount of icing sugar before first use, or vegetable fat such as Crisco.
Place the fondant or marzipan on the mat and roll out to a thickness of 0.5 cm. Roll out to the desired size of the cake.

Tip: If the mat moves, moisten the back of the mat and stick it to the work surface.
